To access the full range of Platform services, you must register a personal Account by providing the information requested on the registration screen. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and to update that information promptly if it changes.
Each individual may hold only one registered Account on ban55. Opening, operating or attempting to operate more than one Account — whether under the same identity or under different identities — is strictly prohibited. ban55 actively monitors for duplicate Accounts. If a duplicate Account is detected:
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted using your Account credentials will be treated as activity carried out by you, whether or not it was authorised by you, unless you have reported a security breach to ban55 support without delay.
ban55 may request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a valid government-issued photo ID, proof of address and, where payments are involved, proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until satisfactory KYC documentation has been provided and verified. The KYC process is a standard industry practice and is not optional. Failure or refusal to complete KYC may result in Account suspension.
All deposits must be made using payment methods accepted by ban55 at the time of deposit. Account balances are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Payment references on the Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are cited as familiar local context only. ban55 does not claim endorsement, affiliation or gambling support from any of those providers.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed during the deposit process. ban55 does not accept deposits from third-party sources. All deposited funds must originate from a payment account held in your own name.
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
The Platform displays all balances and transaction amounts in PKR. Any currency conversion required by the underlying payment system is handled at the payment-processor level. ban55 is not responsible for exchange rate differences or fees applied by third-party payment processors.
ban55 does not accept deposits from minors under any circumstances. If we have reason to believe that a deposit was made by or on behalf of a person under the minimum eligible age, we will immediately suspend the Account and return funds to the originating payment method pending verification.
All bets placed on ban55 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event or game type. These rules are available within each betting market or game lobby. In the event of any conflict between general Platform rules and specific product rules, the specific product rules shall take precedence.
ban55 reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where:
Cricket markets — including PSL fixtures, ICC tournaments, T20 internationals, ODIs and Test matches — are subject to the ban55 Cricket Betting Rules. Markets are offered for entertainment purposes only. ban55 is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in partnership with any cricket board, league organiser or governing body, including the PCB, ICC, PSL or any other organisation.
In-play betting markets are offered on selected events. Odds in live markets change rapidly. ban55 cannot guarantee that a bet will be accepted at the displayed odds due to the time elapsed between placing and confirmation. Users acknowledge this inherent feature of live betting when placing in-play wagers.
In the event of a platform error, technical malfunction or human error resulting in incorrectly displayed odds, incorrect game outcomes or any other manifest error, ban55 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Users. ban55's decision on what constitutes a manifest error is final, subject to any applicable regulatory requirements.
ban55 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions and other promotional incentives to registered Users. All such offers are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any promotion-specific terms displayed alongside the offer.
All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement (expressed as a multiplier, e.g., 30x) and the time limit within which it must be met are stated in the specific promotion's terms. Bonus Funds that have not satisfied the wagering requirement by the expiry date will be removed from the Account automatically.
Bonuses are intended for individual recreational use only. ban55 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, void bonus winnings and close an Account where there is evidence of:
No User has an automatic entitlement to any bonus or promotion. ban55 may modify, suspend or discontinue any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Any bonus offer presented is made at ban55's sole discretion and may be withdrawn before being claimed if circumstances require.

Upon termination for breach, ban55 reserves the right to void any open bets and to withhold any Bonus Funds in your Account. Real-money balances (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to you subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and any applicable legal holds.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting ban55 support. If you close your Account for responsible-gambling reasons, you may request self-exclusion, which will prevent you from re-opening an Account for the duration of the exclusion period.
